No one can win better working conditions all by themselves – it will work only when all of us student assistants stand together. Especially for strike preparation and the strike itself, everyone needs to participate, but there are lots of other ways that you and your colleagues can fight for better working conditions. A few are listed here, but not all: feel free to be creative and think of other ways, because our labour movement also thrives on us students’ creativity!

• Talk with your colleagues! You can find the manual and questionnaire for one-on-one conversations in the Materials.
• Join a union! Find out which one and how, again, in the Materials.
• Take part in targeted political actions [link to event category in calendar]
